We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you're not, we'll make it right.

14-Day Guarantee

Every paid app purchased on Arara comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible for Refund

  • Purchase was made within the last 14 days
  • App does not function as described in the store listing
  • App crashes consistently and developer has not released a fix
  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • You have not used the license key to activate the app more than once

Not Eligible for Refund

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The app worked as advertised but you changed your mind
  • License has been activated on more than 3 devices
  • Abuse of the refund policy (repeated buy-and-refund behavior)
  • Free apps (no charge was made)

How to Request

Send an email to support@arara.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The name of the app you want refunded
  • Your purchase date (shown in your Library)
  • Brief reason (optional but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Disputes

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks trigger automatic account suspension. We resolve all billing issues quickly and prefer to handle them directly at support@arara.app.
