By using Arara, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Arara platform (arara.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account

  • You must be 13 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed

3. Purchases and Licenses

All purchases on Arara are one-time license purchases. A license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on up to 3 devices. Licenses do not expire unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute your license to third parties.

4. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid apps. Refund requests must be submitted to support@arara.app within 14 days of purchase.

5. Developer Terms

  • Developers must own or have rights to all code and assets they submit
  • Apps must not contain malware, spyware, or unauthorized data collection
  • Developers must respond to critical security issues within 48 hours of notification
  • Arara reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies
  • Revenue share terms are established during the developer onboarding process

6. Prohibited Use

  • Reverse engineering or circumventing license protection
  • Using the platform to distribute malware or harmful software
  • Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading without authorization
  • Impersonating other developers or Arara staff

7. Limitation of Liability

Arara is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in question during the 12 months prior to any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
