Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access an app I purchased?
Go to your Library page. All apps you've purchased are listed there with their license keys. You can copy the key and use it to activate the app after downloading.
What payment methods are accepted?
Arara processes payments via Whop, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All major currencies are supported.
Can I use an app on multiple devices?
Each license is tied to one user account. You can install the app on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Contact support if you need more.
What happens if an app is removed from the store?
You keep permanent access to any app you've purchased. Even if a developer removes their listing, your license remains active and you can continue using and downloading the app.
I didn't receive my license key after payment.
License keys are delivered immediately to your Library after payment. If yours is missing, check that you're logged in with the same account you used to purchase. If still missing, contact support.
How do I request a refund?
